



Vicky Walz is a seasoned call center professional, having served the industry for more than 25 years at the world's largest outsourced contact center company. During her career, she was a Vice President for 15 years, leading high performance teams in call center Operations, Sales, as well as Client Services.
Her experience includes direct management and oversight of national call center sites in the United States, India and the Philippines. In terms of client interface, she and her team worked with executives at Fortune 500 companies, as well as entrepreneurs, in industries including Financial Services, Healthcare, Telecommunications, Insurance, Wellness, Fitness, Beauty, Infomercial/TV Direct Response Sales, and many more.
Vicky has been responsible for more than 2,000 employees in her direct global organization, serving hundreds of clients, and thousands of call center campaigns and programs. Her experience includes inbound, outbound and interactive voice response programs. She has been published in multiple industry publications, with articles on relevant topics in the industry, and has also had national speaking engagements.
Now, through her consulting practice, she brings this experience to the market.
